How Much Should Weigh on my Mind?

 

The mind as well as the body needs to be nourished. Stress is a difficult thing to master. We need it to be motivated, but can easily be ruled by it.

Finding the right balance in life is crucial to long term health and happiness. One approach is to begin to meditate and relieve yourself of some of the burdens that create the overwhelming stresses your mind and body have to deal with.

Insomnia or the inability to sleep can be difficult for many people under stress in their daily lives. Lucid dreaming is a state of consciousness that people strive to reach when they want to escape and become more in tune with the mind, body and soul.

Dreaming, awakening and sleeping are all events controlled by the brain which in turn is controlled by various frequency levels that operate in and around the physical being.  

With that being said, what are the frequencies that you need to align yourself with to begin dreaming or rather begin lucid dreaming?  

Aligning to one of these frequencies will assist your brain to enter various stages of sleep while providing a level of clarity to not only vividly remember the dream, but to actually control and experience it as an alternate reality.

There are four frequency levels the brain goes through during the normal cycles.

  • Beta is the common brain frequency during active waking hours
  • Alpha is the frequency when the system begins to calm down and relax
  • Theta is consistent during dream state
  • Delta is deep sleep
